Payment
We require payment for goods before they can be dispatched.  Orders over $2000 dollars require
a 50% payment before job commences. If you have any questions please contact us regarding
this.

Payment can be made by Bank Deposit or cheque.

Samples
We are happy provide samples of plastic pens at no extra cost, but we do ask you return them when you have finished viewing.
Metal Pens  and Executive gift line will be charged at 100 amount price.
Please email your address and business name for samples.

Artwork Requirements

Preferred formats for printed pens and laser engraving is vector based EPS (.eps) and Illustrator (.ai). All fonts must be converted to curves/outlines. Please always ensure you include your required print colour(s) stating pantone colour references where necessary.

Bitmap files (.JPG,.GIF, .TIF etc...) may at times be suitable, but most likely will need to be re-drawn into the correct vector format specified above. In some instances there may be a small charge.

A proof will be e-mailed to you showing how your artwork will look on the chosen pen or Executive gift, We ask you to check this very carefully and once you approve it, we are then ready to proceed to print.
